Lokesh uses his experience of liaising with people from various backgrounds to ensure that our ever-expanding team maintains highest quality. He is driving strategies to expand the team rapidly from 200+ currently to 1000+ in short period of time. His priorities will be creating purpose-driven organization, developing and executing HR strategies in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of organization, inclusion across the employee life cycle, focus on total wellbeing, upskilling leaders and managers, and HR digitalization. He has over 15 years of experience in diverse industry domains, including IT & Digital Technologies, Telecom & Technology Services. Baskar is the brain behind all Newjaisa technology to automate laptop/desktop diagnosis, properitiary engine that optimizes repair, replace, scrap, triage decisioning at scale, by taking multiple variables in consideration sourcing, ERP implementation and industry 4.0 initiatives. He has 30+ years of experience and most recently was CTO at TTK

Sharad has handled roles in technology, payments, telecom, and financial services space covering digital business management, brand/product marketing, digital marketing, corporate communications, partnerships & alliances, product management/development, sales, and business development - in both B2B and B2C setting over last 20+ years. Worked for largest Indian company, two iconic global brands and ‘thrived’ in start-up as well, in the process-built brand from scratch, worked to re position/drive reappraisal for iconic brand to remain relevant in digital world.
